Amber is a fossilised tree resin – the original resin came from ancient pines which grew some 40~50 million years ago. Amber is attributed with many mystical and curative power and is widely considered a talisman of good fortune.
Amber Centre jewellery is made using amber of the highest quality from the rich deposits around the Baltic Sea.
The BOTANIGEM collection has been designed by Rachel who has found inspiration in the botanical world, particularly in the native flora of Australia. Each Floral centrepiece of the BOTANIGEM collection is handmade by Rachel in SA, some of the components have been grown in the designer’s home garden. To create the centrepiece of the collection, Rachel preserves and enhances the botanical components using methods such as pressing, air drying, drying in silica gel and tinting techniques. The components are then set in 925 sterling silver, or Titanium plated stainless steel.

Christophe Poly has a passion for finding beauty in everyday objects. He is fascinated by their volume, structure and shape. Over time he has elaborated an innovative style and technique that is unique and distinct to his work. His interest for travel, fashion, design and architecture contribute to his creativity.
Only top quality materials are used in the production of the jewellery. This includes brass, aluminium, stainless, acrylic rubber and leather. The brass is cut, shaped and soldered and then plated in a variety of quality finishes. The chains, bracelets and rings and certain other parts are also made out of brass. The aluminium is added to create a contrast in our two tone combinations. Our leather and rubber will not discolour on your skin. All of our stones are made out of glass that will not scratch. They are glued into place using specialized industrial glues.
All of the finishes are among the best of the industry. They are extremely resistant. These finishes include; 10k gold, antique silver, silver, black, and bronze. They all have a special coating that protects their surface.
All of the posts and wires on our earrings are hypoallergenic and among the best standard of the industry. We took the initiative to limit the nickel content in the finish of our pieces without compromising the quality of the work. We also eliminated the lead content in our solder wire; this favours a more ecological production.
Click & Collect parcels and Ship to Store parcels will need to be signed for at the store for pick-up. Simply use the email copy on your phone as proof of purchase for collection. If you authorised another person to collect your parcel, he or she will require photo identification in order to sign for and collect the parcel. Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.
